  • BROKEN ITEM

    Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. Please send order number along with photo of the damaged item(s) and a message with details here. We can only replace damaged items that arrived to you damaged, not items damaged during use.

    Zindee takes full responsibility for packages until tracking show delivered. In the event of a lost shipment we will replace that for you after required timeframe has passed.     Missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. Please send order number along with a message of what is missing to the chat here and we can get it taken care of for you.
  • TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I CANNOT LOCATE THE PACKAGE.
