Creation time is the time it takes to create/package and get your order out of our door and on its way to yours.
Creation time is in addition to time in transit.
During normal times we always ask 1-3 business days after ordering with most things shipping in 1 business day.
Please allow 2 additional days for custom/specialized orders.
Please note- on occasion, during peak times, such as black Friday and sale weeks, we ask for up to 5 business days to be safe.
