They sure do and that’s what makes Zindee so amazing (besides the quick shipping, customer service and hoard of crafting zombies haha).
What are cut files & where can I find them?
Cut files are instant download with purchase of the acrylic blank and can be found in your order history on the website. After you purchase the blank, you will receive an email with the links to download the files but you can also login to your account on the zindee.com website with the email you used to order. Downloads will be found in your “downloads” section under “my account”. The file will download as a zipped folder. Once downloaded, unzip the folder to reveal the usable files.
How do I unzip the file?
windows computer- right click and extract all
mac computer- double click
phone/tablet- download an extraction app and use that to unzip the file on the device
Provided Files:
1. “.SVG” which will sometimes appear as an html file based on your computer’s individual settings (the SVG/html is the recommended file to use as it will automatically be the correct size)
2. “.DXF” (this is provided as well, but this file will need to be resized to use) to resize: layer the file, select all and resize the longest side based on the size of the blank that was ordered… for example 3″ for 3″ blank etc.
What does the cut file look like?
The image you will receive is shown on every listing (the Zindee watermarked image on the listing).
There will not be a watermark on your download.
Some listings will also have images of customer photos for inspiration of variety of what you can do with the blanks.
**Please note- the files can only be used on Zindee blanks and cannot be shared/sold in any way.***You MAY NOT use the files to cut your own blanks, make new designs or for any purpose other than decorating Zindee Blanks.
