• FILE NOT FOUND GO TO SHOP

  If a file gives this error when trying to download, it could be that the file is being accessed through the link sent in an email. Go directly to Zindee.com and login to your account to access the files directly from there. If the error still persist, please message us and we can further assist.

• OLD DOWNLOADS

  If you are looking for old downloads before October 11, 2023, there is a link in your account that will take you to your past downloads. It may prompt you to log back in- once you do you will see those downloads.
